Investor: group headquartered in Singapore with strong presence in Southeast Asia, engaged in F&B, healthcare and consumer goods. Current business of the group in the area of F&B is in manufacturing and distribution under their own brands of canned food, Asian food ingredients, coconut drinks, etc

Target: Looking for possible M&A targets in the area of F&B in Vietnam. Target could be a pure manufacturer-distributor or a brand / portfolio of brands

Deal structure: buy-out (shareholding majority)

Investment consideration: up to USD 40-50 million
