Debt raising advisory

Focused exclusively on the Vietnamese market, we have insight on current market terms and trends. We provide our clients with an overall view of the debt markets, to assess their capital base and needs and recommend appropriate debt structures. Through our network of lenders including local and international banks, debt funds and development finance institutions (DFI), we help our clients to raise debt through bilateral or syndicated arrangements and provide solutions covering debt structuring, distribution and execution.

Our principals have a proven track record of helping clients achieve their capital-raising objectives, with years of banking and advisory experience in assessing, structuring and raising debt through term loans and corporate bonds in Vietnam and internationally.

Mergers & acquisitions and equity raising advisory

As part of our mergers & acquisitions and equity raising service, we identify potential acquisition targets or investors and conduct preliminary and commercial due diligence

and background research. We focus on providing our clients with an overall commercial perspective to help them assess the likely risks and rewards of any transaction.

We also advise our clients on how to structure their capital resources to obtain the most suitable and sustainable financial structure, thereby meeting their long-term strategies.

Strategic & business development advisory

We can accompany the clients at any step, including and not limited to generating ideas, planning business strategies, restructuring the financial system and managing risks.

We have a track-record of strategic solutions and project executions to support Vietnamese businesses, including IPO preparation advisory, coordination of financial audits and coordination of project valuations.

Special situations

Through their prior leadership roles at a major joint-stock commercial bank in Vietnam, the principals of VNInvest Partners have direct experience in the restructuring and recovery of hundreds of USD million of non-performing loans.

In a context whereby market situation has become more favorable for distressed debt investors, VNInvest Partners is providing advisory to international investors in the two following areas:

- purchase of non-performing loans (NPL) from the banking system, relying on our extensive network with governmental institutions (VAMC, DATC, etc), banks, law firms and other institutions dealing with non-performing loans in Vietnam for deal sourcing.

- structured financing providing bridging or rescue capital to companies having some forms of distress or difficulty accessing bank lending.
